Media and images are retrieved from third-party hosts; requests are proxied, but the underlying content originates with those hosts.
We retain account information for as long as your account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service. Server and access logs are retained for a limited period for security and operational purposes and are then deleted or aggregated. When you delete your account, associated account data (username, viewing history, and watchlist) is removed, except where retention is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including password hashing, HttpOnly session cookies, and transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents may request disclosure of categories of information collected and deletion of personal information; we do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against users for exercising their rights. The Service may be operated from, and information may be processed in, jurisdictions other than your own, whose data-protection laws may differ. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
The Platform links to and proxies content hosted by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their policies.
