Viel respects intellectual-property rights and does not store infringing files. Because Content resides with Third-Party Hosts, rights-holders should direct removal requests to the applicable host. Upon a valid notice we will remove or disable the offending link(s) surfaced by the Service where we are able, and we maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Viel or its operators, affiliates, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service or any Content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD $50.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts, except where applicable law grants you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Viel regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them freely. Headings are for convenience only.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
